True story from my childhood: Once when my Nonna Komito was making pasta sauce for spaghetti, my zio came into the kitchen and made the comment that the sauce didn’t taste right. That it was missing something.  So in a fit of rage my grandmother picked up a pot of freshly cooked spaghetti pasta and threw it at my uncle screaming, “IF YOU DON’T LIKE MY FUCKING SAUCE THEN YOU DON’T HAVE TO EAT IT. NOW MAKE MORE SPAGHETTI YOU STRONZO!” Rest in Peace Nonna Komito. We miss you.
